"The purpose of my training and my desire as a psychotherapist is to guide you along a path of self discovery...."
I am a fully qualified psychoanalytic psychotherapist with 18 years experience working with primarily students, adults and couples.

Prior to getting my masters in psychoanalytic psychotherapy in 2004, I had trained in humanistic counselling and NLP.

Before I became interested in training to be a therapist, I worked in various multinational businesses at a senior level for 16 years.

Over the past 18 years I have gained some expertise in dealing with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship and career problems.

My approach is that everyone is unique and my academic and professional experience has enabled me appreciate that "one approach" does not suit everyone!
